The Saudi Egyptian Developments (SED)

The Saudi Egyptian Construction Company (SECON) is an Egyptian joint stock company established in 1975 under an international agreement between the Egyptian government and the Saudi government. SECON is considered one of the first companies to implement various projects in different governorates and cities of Egypt. The company aims to continue its development by constantly adapting to market requirements and changing from time to time.

The company places a study and planning of its projects as a fundamental element to be able to keep up with updates. SECON is one of the largest companies operating in the real estate market and is a skilled model for cooperation between the Egyptian and Saudi governments.

The company has established integrated residential communities with facilities and services, luxurious residential and administrative buildings in Cairo, Alexandria, Mansoura, and Asyut, in addition to a collection of chalets and villas on the coasts of Al-Agami and Marsa Matrouh.

The company has a history full of achievements and projects, with a total of 44 projects and a value of 23,764 units. Currently, it is working on developing new projects.

Central 

It is a commercial project designed in the heart of New Cairo in the Fifth Settlement, and it is a multi-use center built to be a world-class experience. It was designed by the international multi-disciplinary design firm, WATG, which specializes in strategy, master planning, architecture, landscape, and interior design.

Central was carefully designed with unique designs and distinctive glass facades overlooking Central CourtYard. The project comprises 10 administrative buildings, each with a luxurious entrance and exquisite finishing. It also includes offices with various sizes, retail stores, and Central CourtYard, which features multiple restaurants and cafes. Attention has been paid to the smallest details in Central's design.
