The Marq's projects

•  The Marq Gardens project

The project was built on an area of 26 acres and is part of the Mountain View City in the Fifth Settlement. It consists of 5 phases and was launched at the end of 2019. The total units of the project were sold within 9 months, and it is expected to be fully delivered by the end of 2023.

•  The WaterMark project

An integrated project built on a 20-acre land located in the Fifth Settlement next to the American University was launched at the end of 2020. The project was supposed to be fully delivered by the end of 2023.

•  The Markville project

The project is an integrated one on a 70-acre land, located within one of the most distinctive plots of land in the Future City on the Middle Ring Road. The project was launched at the end of 2021 and is expected to be fully delivered by the end of 2025.

•  The Wonder Mark project

The project is an integrated one on a 250-acre land, located in the city and overlooking the southern axis of the Future City, which separates it from the Administrative Capital.
The project was launched in mid-2020, and the first phase is expected to be delivered in 2026, with the full project delivery by the end of 2028.
