Saudi Egyptian Company for Development

The Saudi Egyptian Company is an Egyptian joint-stock company that was established in 1975 under an international agreement between the Egyptian and Saudi governments. It is considered one of the first companies to implement various projects in different provinces and cities of Egypt.

The aim of the Saudi Egyptian Company is to continuously evolve and adapt to market requirements. The company has a history filled with achievements and projects, with a total of 44 projects completed. The total value of these projects is 23,764 units, and the company is currently working on new projects.

The company is one of the largest companies operating in the real estate market and is a successful model of cooperation between the Egyptian and Saudi governments. The company has developed integrated residential neighborhoods with facilities and services, as well as luxurious residential and administrative buildings in Cairo, Alexandria, Mansoura, and Asyut. In addition, it has also developed a range of chalets and villas along the coasts of Al-Agami and Marsa Matrouh.

  • Blue Vert

The project was established in a prime location in the heart of the New Administrative Capital on an area of 70 acres. It features wide green spaces and all the facilities and services you need, such as a clubhouse and a commercial center.

  • Il Latini 

The project is located in a prime location in Al-Alamein Al-Jadida on the North Coast, offering a unique and luxurious lifestyle surrounded by wide green spaces and water lakes.

  •  Nile Pearl

The project was built in a prime location in Maadi district on an area of 10,000 square meters and consists of two towers overlooking the Nile, both of which are 23 floors. The first tower consists of residential units, while the second tower is a five-star hotel managed by Hilton Worldwide.
