Marquette Mall is the first commercial project in the Future City of The Marq Urban Development Company, covering an area of 12 acres. The project features luxurious European design and comprises three levels:

Park Avenue: offers a charming atmosphere that provides a unique shopping experience through a large number of upscale stores, as well as the opportunity to enjoy natural scenery and a wonderful water fountain.
Central Avenue: is distinguished by its large number of luxury stores.
