The Saudi Egyptian Developments (SED)

The Saudi Egyptian Construction Company (SECON) is an Egyptian joint stock company established in 1975 under an international agreement between the Egyptian government and the Saudi government. SECON is considered one of the first companies to implement various projects in different governorates and cities of Egypt. The company aims to continue its development by constantly adapting to market requirements and changing from time to time.

The company places a study and planning of its projects as a fundamental element to be able to keep up with updates. SECON is one of the largest companies operating in the real estate market and is a skilled model for cooperation between the Egyptian and Saudi governments.

The company has established integrated residential communities with facilities and services, luxurious residential and administrative buildings in Cairo, Alexandria, Mansoura, and Asyut, in addition to a collection of chalets and villas on the coasts of Al-Agami and Marsa Matrouh.

The company has a history full of achievements and projects, with a total of 44 projects and a value of 23,764 units. Currently, it is working on developing new projects.

Nile Pearl - Saudi Egyptian Developments

Nile Pearl is one of the luxurious and distinctive projects of the Saudi Egyptian Construction Company. It was named "Nile Pearl" due to its exceptional location and attractive view of the banks of the Nile River. The project is located in Maadi, one of the oldest and most famous neighborhoods in Cairo.

The project is one of the most attractive residential properties in Cairo, covering an area of 10,000 square meters. It consists of two towers connected to each other and perfectly designed, both overlooking the Nile River and the Pyramids, which are only 18 km away. Each tower has 23 floors and a height of 72 meters.

The First Tower

consists of 190 residential units and has been elegantly and beautifully designed, with all units enjoying stunning views of the Nile River in addition to access to the facilities and services of Hilton.

The second tower

will be a distinctive five-star hotel under the management of Hilton Worldwide, which will also provide its services to the tower's owners. Hotel food and drinks will be available through a hotline, and the owners will also have free access to the hotel's swimming pool.
