Saudi Egyptian Company for Development

The Saudi Egyptian Company is an Egyptian joint-stock company that was established in 1975 under an international agreement between the Egyptian and Saudi governments. It is considered one of the first companies to implement various projects in different provinces and cities of Egypt.

The total value of these projects is 23,764 units, and the company is currently working on new projects.

The company is one of the largest companies operating in the real estate market and is a successful model of cooperation between the Egyptian and Saudi governments. The company has developed integrated residential neighborhoods with facilities and services, as well as luxurious residential and administrative buildings in Cairo, Alexandria, Mansoura, and Asyut. In addition, it has also developed a range of chalets and villas along the coasts of Al-Agami and Marsa Matrouh.
