Saudi Egyptian Company Development

The Saudi Egyptian Company is an Egyptian joint-stock company that was established in 1975 under an international agreement between the Egyptian and Saudi governments. It is considered one of the first companies to implement various projects in different provinces and cities of Egypt.

The aim of the Saudi Egyptian Company is to continuously evolve and adapt to market requirements. The company has a history filled with achievements and projects, with a total of 44 projects completed. The total value of these projects is 23,764 units, and the company is currently working on new projects.

Central

It is a commercial project designed in the heart of New Cairo in the Fifth Settlement, and it is a multi-use center built to be a world-class experience. It was designed by the international multi-disciplinary design firm, WATG, which specializes in strategy, master planning, architecture, landscape, and interior design.

Central was carefully designed with unique designs and distinctive glass facades overlooking Central CourtYard. The project comprises 10 administrative buildings, each with a luxurious entrance and exquisite finishing. It also includes offices with various sizes, retail stores, and Central CourtYard, which features multiple restaurants and cafes. Attention has been paid to the smallest details in Central's design.
