Amazon Developments 

The success story of Amazon in the construction industry began in 2000 in the Arabian Gulf, specifically in the United Arab Emirates. Amazon Construction Company was formed through the partnership of Engineer (Hussam Abu Al-Saud), the owner of Amazon Contracting Company, Engineer (Mahmoud Gharib), the owner of Salam Group, which operates in the import and export sector, and Sheikh (Abdullah Al-Afeef), a renowned contractor in Saudi Arabia.

Capital Diamond Tower

Amazon has launched its new project, Capital Diamond Tower, the first skyscraper in the New Administrative Capital, ranking third globally in terms of rotation with a 212-degree turn, providing a 360-degree panoramic view of the Administrative Capital and ranking sixth globally in height among 32 twist towers worldwide.

The project is located in the Administrative Capital in the Central Business District (CBD) on plot CN9 with two main facades, the first on Ben Zayed North and the other on Central Park with a width of 500 meters.

The project is designed on an area of approximately 9,513 square meters and a height of 234 meters, consisting of 64 floors divided as follows:

• 5 floors of underground parking.
• Ground floor + first floor + second floor + third floor: housing commercial units.
• The fourth floor provides various services and facilities for the project.
• The next 40 floors are designated for administrative purposes (each floor contains only 18 units).
• The following 10 floors are for hotel units (each floor contains only 16 units).
• The 61st + 62nd floors are duplexes and are delivered with furniture and air conditioning.
• Finally, the 63rd + 64th floors are designated for restaurant areas.
