Maven Real Estate Development was founded in 2009 in the United States as a subsidiary of River Wards Group, which has developed more than 12 projects, delivered over 400 homes, and won "Best Real Estate Development" awards in 2019.

After successfully developing projects in the United States, the company decided to enter the Middle Eastern market and develop projects in various distinctive locations.
