Maven Real Estate Development Company was founded in 2009 in the United States as a subsidiary of the American River Wards Group, which has developed more than 12 projects and delivered over 400 homes, earning the "Best Real Estate Development" award in 2019.

After successfully developing projects in the United States, Maven decided to enter the Middle Eastern market and develop projects in different and distinctive locations. Maven aims to take the Egyptian real estate market in a new and bold direction by creating advanced, significant, and innovative projects.
