Sarac is an Egyptian-Emirati partnership owned by businessman Tarek Suleiman and Sheikh Tawheed Abdullah. Since its establishment in 2022, the partnership has played a significant role in shaping Sarac's presence in the real estate market, making it one of the leading companies in the field.

The project extends over an area of 13,000 square meters and features an architecturally stunning facade that spans 376 meters.
