The Ark Real Estate Development Company

The ARC Real Estate Development Company was established by four Egyptian business groups: Al-Arjani Group, Al-Safi Group, Arabella Group, and Abdel Maksoud Group. The four groups have diverse experiences in various industries, including construction, technology, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, retail trade, and real estate.
The company seeks to satisfy customers and meet all their needs, and provide all international quality standards for creating projects that are suitable for the refined taste of customers and investors. Therefore, it has contracted with Innovation Design Studio to achieve this goal.

  • The Ark New Cairo 

The ARC New Cairo is a blend of hospitality, entertainment, business, and residential units, making it a comprehensive urban project (commercial, administrative, residential, medical, and hotel) that extends over an area of 92 acres, with a 830-meter frontage directly on the South 90th Street. 

70% of the total area is allocated to open spaces, and 90% of the units have a terrace, all of which provide a unique living and working experience.

The ARC New Cairo features a central park spanning 16,000 square meters, a conference hall, a cultural and entertainment center, two international hotels, and various office models (duplexes, lofts, multi-story offices with internal elevators, suspended offices, semi-detached buildings, and penthouses).

  • The project's distinctive features include:

  • It contains the first administrative buildings that operate on a BMS system.
  • It is managed by a leading property management company, Savills.
  • The general contractor for the project is CCC, one of the top 10 contractors in the Middle East.
  • Business District (an integrated work of functional and aesthetic fabric, spread over 11 buildings, covering an area of 29 acres).
