The largest commercial center located in the New Administrative Capital in the R7 area, serving the residents of R7 due to its proximity to most residential complexes in the area. The mall includes a food court with various restaurants and cafes, a hypermarket, a beauty salon, and a fitness center.

Obsidier Towers

It’s Located in the most prominent location in the New Administrative Capital (Green River) in the tourist towers area in Downtown. The project consists of three buildings with stunning views, where 80% of the project enjoys views of green spaces.

The project offers a variety of office spaces and meeting rooms with a luxurious shopping area, as well as a gym and spa. A smart application has also been designed to assist in easy navigation within the project.
