PLD Development is one of the emerging real estate development companies in the Egyptian market. It was established in 2021, building on the practical experience of its founder in the real estate and urban development sector.

The company initially launched its operations on 6th of October City, focusing on developing standalone buildings and mixed-use properties. It later expanded its portfolio to include commercial and residential projects, as well as shopping malls.
