Juzur Developments

Juzur is a real estate development company that started with three distinctive land plots dedicated to residential, hotel, commercial, administrative, medical, and multi-use projects, with international investment and partners from Sudan, Canada, and the United Kingdom (Britain). The company also plans to expand and develop in other Arab and European countries in the future.

The company is led by the CEO, Engineer Tariq Noor, who is the British partner holding a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the American University in Sharjah and a Master's degree in Business Administration in Specialized Construction Projects and Strategic and Financial Planning from Coventry University in the UK. The engineer has extensive experience in development, project management, and strategic planning across the Gulf region, including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

The other founding partners possess a wealth of diverse experiences from various global markets, including the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and North America, covering a wide range of industries such as air transportation services, airport management, information technology, electronic operating systems, mining, general trade and petrochemicals, agriculture, financial markets, and sports investments.

This is a large, multi-use mall developed by Roots Real Estate Development Company, which is the first dynamic commercial complex in Africa. It is characterized by its strategic location in the heart of New Cairo in the Fifth Settlement, and is in close proximity to major roads, services, and facilities, making it an ideal destination for shopping and entertainment
