Albostany Development Projects

  • Degla Square Mall

A commercial project located in the heart of Maadi, in the Dijla neighborhood, near 250 Street, the New Club Street, Al-Nasr Street, and the Autostrad Road. The project consists of commercial and residential units.

  • Nova Square 

A multipurpose project that combines expertise and efficiency through a collaboration between Al-Bostany Development Company and Yasser Abdullah Group, located in the most strategic locations in New Cairo in the Fifth Settlement, making it close to residential areas and other commercial projects. It extends over an area of 9124 square meters and consists of a ground floor + 4 additional floors. The ground and first floors are for commercial units, and the second, third, and fourth floors are for medical units.
